Fancy becoming a school governor?

We are just finalising an information pack for people interested in joining the Learning Trust in a governance role. All these roles are voluntary, but they are nonetheless important as they help to ensure the schools within our Learning Trust operate with integrity, transparency and with the best interests of children and young people at heart.

Our goal is to be a highly effective Learning Trust and we are interested in recruiting governors who will help to support the development of governance and continuous improvement across the Trust.  Anyone interested wouldbring a wide range of organisational experience to the role, including from outside of the education sector, but also have a good appreciation of current educational issues.

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who enjoy working as part of a team for the benefit of all our children and young people. We are committed to supporting the training and development of all colleagues  connected to the Learning Trust, including those in positions of governance.
