Glen is Interim Chief Executive Officer of Cheviot Learning Trust. He brings a career-long passion for transforming lives through education, built over many years working as a headteacher and senior leader, with strong experience in school improvement, leadership development and organisational change.

Glen has led three schools in Northumberland and has also supported schools and leaders across the wider education system through his work as a Specialist Leader of Education.

He is committed to collaboration, to developing people, and to sharing effective practice across schools. He is particularly interested in how schools and trusts can work together to improve outcomes for children while making a positive contribution to their local communities.

Tina is a qualified management accountant with extensive senior leadership experience across the public and education sectors. Her career in finance began in the Civil Service before moving into a variety of leadership roles within local government, secondary education, academy trusts, higher education and further education.

Throughout her career, Tina has led a wide range of corporate services including finance, human resources, procurement, estates and facilities, ICT, governance, strategic planning, risk management, health and safety, and organisational change.

As Chief Finance and Operations Officer for Cheviot Learning Trust, Tina is responsible for leading the Trust's finance and operational services, ensuring resources are managed effectively and sustainably to support excellent educational outcomes. She enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to provide high-quality support services that enable schools to focus on teaching, learning, and the success of every student.

Stephanie began her career in education in 2002 and has since built a wealth of experience across a wide range of roles within primary education. She has held numerous leadership positions, including leading a large Early Years setting for over 200 children, serving as SENCO, Deputy Headteacher and Head of School at a large, split-site primary school. In 2017, Stephanie became Headteacher at Wylam First School and later took on the role of Executive Headteacher of Wylam First School and Prudhoe Castle First School. Her leadership experience spans both maintained schools and academy trusts, providing her with a deep, practical understanding of how effective collaboration can positively impact school improvement, outcomes for pupils and strengthen staff expertise.

In her current role with the Education Delivery Team, Stephanie works closely with school leaders to strengthen collaborative working practices, identify and support both Trust-wide and individual school improvement priorities and support the professional development of staff at all levels.

Hannah has worked in education since 2007, as a Teaching Assistant, Teacher, SENDCo, and Advisory Teacher for Complex Social Communication Needs. Her journey in education has been driven by a passion for ensuring that every child, regardless of their individual challenges, has the opportunity to thrive and succeed. Hannah’s experience across different Local Authorities, educational roles and settings has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of children with SEND, particularly those with complex social communication needs.

As Trust SEN Lead, Hannah works to ensure that the best possible support is in place for children, advocating for tailored, inclusive strategies that help all learners reach their full potential. Her dedication to SEND provision is not only about academic achievement but also about fostering confidence, independence, and a love for learning in all students.

Fiona has worked within the education sector since 1995, across all phases of education. Her experience has included finance and business admin support within a university and high school, business management and academy conversion at a local middle school and school business management at Stobhillgate First School. Fiona has also gained experience within governance over the past 19 years both as part of her work within schools and during her time as Vice Chair of Governors at a local High School, a position she held for 6 years. She is also a member of the Chartered Governance Institute.

Fiona joined the former Three Rivers Learning Trust in 2020 as Governance Manager and has very much enjoyed working with not only a great team of colleagues, but also a fantastic group of governance volunteers. She believes that effective governance is a fundamental function of a multi academy trust and values the opportunity to work collaboratively with both the Board of Trustees and local governors to strategically shape and develop the governance function even further, ensuring it continues to support the Trust’s ambitions and, most importantly, delivers the best possible outcomes for all our students.

Karen is a qualified accountant, with over 30 years experience both within Practice for Baker Tilly and working with small charities. In Practice, she specialised in audit, small business, VAT, payroll, management accounts, small limited companies and charities. In the last fifteen years, she has been working with small charities enabling them with accurate and timely financial information.

Karen believes that education is for life and is very excited to be part of the Trust as one of its Management Accountants.

David is a qualified chartered accountant with 12 years experience in education having previously spent 18 years as the finance director of a chilled ready meal manufacturer.

David has recently joined the Trust and looks forward to helping improve the experience of the students through the provision of quality information to our schools' leaders

Dominique has over 20 years of experience in the education sector, having worked across a range of school settings. Her previous roles include School Business Manager and Trust HR Manager, and she now serves as the Lead Business Partner for Workforce Matters.

Throughout her career, Dominique has developed a strong track record of improving operational efficiency, particularly through effective management of school finances, resources, and people. As part of the Trust’s Central Leadership Team, she helps shape and embed the Trust’s values, culture, and strategic direction. In her current role, Dominique leads on workforce matters across the Trust, ensuring that central services are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organisational needs. She also provides high-level advice and support to the Board of Trustees, Governing Boards, and school leaders, and works collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver practical solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Trust.

Kate has worked in education since 2001, firstly as Senior Performance Analyst for Northumberland County Council’s Education Department, before joining The Three Rivers Learning Trust in 2013, experiencing the Trust's growth since that time. As Trust Data and Analytics Manager, Kate supports all schools across the Trust and the Central Team in their use of the MIS (Bromcom), developing tools for the production of centralised analysis and interactive data dashboards for senior leaders on a range of measures and priority areas.

She really enjoys working for the Trust and supporting colleagues to use data in the most efficient and effective way.

Jess is a qualified AAT accountant with over 7 years in corporate finance at Sage Group which gave her a great start to her financial career gaining an insight into all areas of finance from purchasing to management accounts. Jess originally joined Tyne Community Learning Trust as a Finance Assistant in 2020. In her current role she manages the day to day business and operations systems across the Trust, supporting the schools with implementing new systems and maintaining an efficient path between schools and central services. Jess enjoys supporting the schools with their finances and takes pride in working as part of Cheviot Learning Trust.

Becca joined Tyne Community Learning Trust in November 2021 as a Finance Assistant, and gained her AAT Level 2 in 2025. As Finance Officer for Cheviot Learning Trust, Becca's role involves providing purchasing, financial and administrative support to Trust schools, as well as organisational support to the Trust as a whole. Outside of work, Becca enjoys reading, theatre and amateur dramatics. She has a chronic pain disease and feels lucky to have a supportive, disability positive employer. Becca has children attending schools across the Trust and is a huge advocate of the three tier system in education.

Laura joined Cheviot Learning Trust in September 2023 and is enthusiastic to undertake her new role as Finance Officer. She has gained just over a years’ worth of experience in a Finance Assistant position in the private sector before moving to join the Trust. She is hoping to gain qualifications in the future but is very excited to expand on her knowledge in her new role.

Alex came to Cheviot Learning Trust in 2025 with a long-standing enthusiasm for data and statistics. He assists in the streamlining and accuracy of data in schools across the trust, and he is keen to develop his skills and experience with a view to continue working within the education sector.
